This year’s goal is to lay the groundwork.
Our desires for the garden fell into place last fall, as you can read about if you click on the button below.
Our focus on groundwork means that we are creating annual vegetable beds, planning where water catchments will be located, and eliminating weeds by replacing them with cover crops. Next year we will begin building the terraces and water catchments that will allow us to increase our vegetable production and begin the permaculture medicinal herb forest.
Our mission is to build a beautiful garden that produces edible and medicinal plants like an urban micro-farm.
